Since 1997, CHP has utilized local, state, and federal funding
assistance to preserve historic
buildings, renovate and improve aging multifamily housing stock, and
create new units of attractive, sustainable, affordable housing for low- to
moderate-income residents in Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Florida. Our development readiness and capacity is enhanced
by an experienced real estate and finance staff, and the availability of an in-house
design and construction team practiced in environmentally responsible building
techniques and community revitalization.
